Indonesia - Sparrow

Some people of Indonesia believe that sparrow brings good luck. If a sparrow enters your house,  it is believed that a wedding will occur soon. If a woman sees a sparrow on Valentine's Day, she will live happily marrying a poor man.

India - Cat

In India, according to the old superstitions, it is believed that if you see cat giving birth, you will have good luck.

Venezuela - Underwear

In Venezuela, there is a tradition for women as they believe that they will be lucky all year around for wearing yellow underwear on New Year's Eve.

India - Blinking Eye

Ever had your eye blinking unintentionally?. Sometimes either your left eye or right eye will blink like say 3 times repetitively.

There are many countries in the world that have superstitions associated with blinking of an eye. In India, if your right eye is blinking, there's a sign that something good will happen, but if your left eye blinks, not good. But that only true for man, for woman, it's blinking on the right eye that brings good, and the other side otherwise.

Japan - Spider

In Japan, there is a popular belief that when you see a spider in the morning, it will bring good luck. On the other hand, it is bad luck to come across a spider during night time.
