 According to locals, it is believed that a badly timed haircut could cause you to forget or having a memory loss. This is bad especially for students, while having a haircut right before an important test or exam makes you look good, forget everything they’ve learned during exam surely bad luck. So, it is better for the students to get a new haircut after the exam.
