Ukraine - Flower
As many other parts in the world, it is considered traditional for Ukraine men to give flowers to women on nearly every occasion, but to avoid bad luck, only an odd number of flowers can be given. It is considered bad luck to give an even number of flowers, because usually even numbers of flowers are brought to funerals.

Thailand - House
In Thailand, people will try to avoid building or buying a house with the front door and the back door lined up (you can see the back door from front door in straight line). It is considered bad luck as you will not be able to keep any money in the house. It is believed that your money (wealthy) will come through the front door and go straight out through the back door.

Australia - Mirror
In Australia and many parts of the world, there is a belief that if you break a mirror, it is considered bad luck, and you will have to endure a long 7 years of bad luck.
This superstition was originated long time ago during Victorian times in England, when mirrors were very expensive back then and only the richest people could afford them. Normally, those rich people will employ servant or housemaid in their house, when they breaks the mirror, it will take about 7 years for the servant to pay back the cost of the broken mirror by deducting their wages. What a bad luck....
